In our increasingly international business environment administrative staff require support in order to be competent and confident in English. To be able to answer enquiries and/or to forward them on to the responsible department or person in English is an essential requirement in today’s business world.

  • You’ll learn through situational role-play structure and expressions used in telephoning to make your English sound clear and confident.
  • You’ll learn the different expressions and phrases needed to write and answer e-mails and business correspondence.
  • Native-speaker trainers give practicable tips for avoiding old-fashioned forms of writing and implementing new trends when compiling emails and other forms of correspondence.
  • Dealing with complaints needs the right tone. Our trainers can also help in compiling correspondence in just the right form and tone.

Programme Overview

The Language skills:

  • You’ll learn how to correctly formulate emails and business correspondence.
  • You’ll learn how to make small talk with foreign customers & clients.
  • Native-speaker trainers will help you how to react to complaints without sounding rude or impolite. 


  • Telephone training as role-play; here you’ll have the opportunity to dispel any fear of speaking with foreign customers or suppliers in the future.
